Fentanyl Awareness Campaign
While working at Public Health - Seattle & King County, I designed and illustrated a series of different posters to raise awareness about the danger of fentanyl and how to recognize signs of overdose.
These posters were developed through consultation with local community members, people who use drugs, and policymakers. Posters were translated into 12 languages, and since their creation, thousands of posters have been distributed to local schools and clinics.
Ask Miss Rona
Ask Miss Rona is an interactive Q&A that I designed while at Public Health - Seattle & King County to invite community questions about topics related to COVID-19 and respond in real-time via our Instagram. We received dozens of questions each time, and saw thousands of views on our Instagram story.
Unlike many of our other more static materials, Miss Rona was a way to engage in a live conversation with the public and hear from people about their questions and concerns.

Sex & Dating during COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a colleague and I launched a social media campaign to share practical strategies for safer sex to protect people and their partners from COVID-19. We worked with our program experts on messages that gave health advice to reduce COVID risk, based on what we knew about the virus at that time. Each video was a recorded text conversation between two people who were navigating the challenges of sex, pleasure, and dating during COVID-19.
Vax to the Future
I worked alongside other communications staff to develop Vax to the Future, an effort to bring performance art, like music, to COVID-19 vaccination sites throughout the county to further enhance the experience of getting vaccinated. We designed posters, giveaway buttons, and other promotional materials for the Vax to the Future vaccination events.
